Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 5:54 PM ET) -- Mass Engineered Design Inc. has agreed to drop Proforma American Solutions from its suit accusing more than two dozen companies of infringing a patent covering furniture to house multiscreen computer display units.
Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday approved a joint stipulation of dismissal by the parties, making Proforma the second defendant to exit the suit.
The dismissal is without prejudice and each party will bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys' fees. Additional details...
