Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 3:05 PM ET) -- Following a U.S. International Trade Commission decision to overturn his earlier ruling, an administrative law judge has found that Carsem did not violate Amkor Technology Inc.'s semiconductor packaging technology.
Judge Charles E. Bullock issued his revised initial determination Mar. 22, ruling that Carsem did not violate Section 337 of the Tariff Act by importing infringing semiconductor products, as Amkor had alleged.
