Law360, New York (April 05, 2010, 2:00 PM ET) -- Ring Technology Enterprises of Texas LLC has struck settlement deals with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Dell Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co. and IBM Corp. in a lawsuit over a patent for improved access to memory devices.
Ring filed stipulated motions for dismissal on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, seeking orders dismissing Ring's claims against Dell, HP, Samsung and IBM.
The Dell, Samsung and HP motions said that all claims and counterclaims between those defendants and Ring would be dismissed with prejudice....
