Law360, New York (January 08, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Texas-based investment company has decided to stick it to Microsoft Corp., Nintendo Co. Ltd. and Sony Corp., filing a lawsuit against the three video console producers over a patent for a low-voltage joystick port.
The suit, filed by Fenner Investment Ltd. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claims that the three companies are currently infringing on and continue to infringe on its “low-voltage joystick port interface” invention.
