Law360, New York (April 09, 2010, 1:18 PM ET) -- Postvision Inc. has become the latest defendant to settle data protection provider Crossroads Systems Inc.'s patent infringement suit against several technology companies over a system to provide virtual local data storage on remote storage devices.
Crossroads and Postvision have agreed to drop all claims and counterclaims between them without prejudice, according to a stipulation for dismissal filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
