Law360, New York (April 14, 2010, 5:25 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to take action against two Neutrogena Corp. sunscreen advertisements running in an upcoming fashion magazine, despite claims from rival Schering-Plough Healthcare Products Inc. that the ads violate a recent injunction against both companies.
Judge Sue L. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware denied Schering-Plough's request Tuesday, noting that the ads predate the injunction.
