Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 5:22 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court on Friday reversed a preliminary injunction on U.S. publication of a purported unauthorized sequel to J.D. Salinger’s “The Catcher in the Rye,” finding that while the author’s heirs are likely to prevail in the case, they did not do enough to show the book would cause irreparable harm.
