Law360, New York (May 19, 2010, 12:11 PM ET) -- Ring Technology Enterprises of Texas LLC has dropped Nanya Technology Corp. from a lawsuit alleging several companies infringe a patent for improved access to memory devices.
Ring and defendants Nanya and Nan Ya Technology Corp. USA filed a joint motion with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday to dismiss all claims between them with prejudice after the parties reached a settlement.
