Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 5:07 PM ET) -- Defendants Eizo Nanao Technologies Inc. and Mediamounts Inc. have exited Mass Engineered Design Inc.'s mammoth suit alleging infringement of a patent covering furniture that houses multiple computer displays.
Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday signed off on two joint dismissal motions, one for each defendant. Eizo's dismissal was with prejudice, and Mediamounts' dismissal without. More than two dozen defendants are still actively litigating.
