Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 12:34 PM ET) -- GlaxoSmithKline PLC unit Glaxo Group Ltd. has settled its suit accusing Israel-based generics maker Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. of patent infringement for planning to make its own version of HIV drug Combivir.
Magistrate Judge Leonard P. Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware dismissed the case Wednesday, though terms of the deal were not disclosed. Attorneys for the companies could not be reached for comment Thursday.
