China's Indigenous Innovation Policy

Law360, New York (July 06, 2010, 11:45 AM ET) -- When China announced it would give preferential treatment to indigenous innovation products when awarding government contracts, the program was widely criticized for its potential to be a protectionist tool against foreign business.
