Law360, New York (June 28, 2010, 5:06 PM ET) -- Weight Watchers International Inc. has agreed to a settlement in its trademark infringement suit accusing Nestle USA Inc. and subsidiary Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Inc. of using the dieting company’s well-known point system on a line of frozen foods and ice cream.
Judge John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Monday on the parties' joint stipulation to dismiss the suit, which was filed Wednesday.
