Sex Toy Maker Sues Rivals Over Fleshlight Patents

Law360, New York (July 01, 2010, 2:34 PM ET) -- Interactive Life Forms LLC has accused more than 20 companies — including Shenzhen Shaki Industrial Co. Ltd., which bills itself as China's first registered sex toy maker — of infringing two patents that cover a sex toy for men that resembles a flashlight, known as the Fleshlight.
