Law360, New York (February 05, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Japanese chip maker Renesas Technology Corp. has bombarded Korean rival Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. with legal actions over the last couple of weeks for allegedly infringing its memory patents.
The latest action came on Jan. 29, when Renesas asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to conduct an investigation into Samsung’s dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips.
