Waterloo Off The Hook In Keyboard Support Fight

Law360, New York (July 09, 2010, 5:53 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has ruled that Waterloo Furniture Components Ltd. keyboard support systems do not infringe a Humanscale Corp. patent, ending its probe into the alleged infringement.

The ITC issued a notice Friday of its final determination that CompX International Inc. subsidiary Waterloo didn't violate Section 337 of the Trade Act and that it would close the investigation.
