Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 2:08 PM ET) -- Denon Electronics USA LLC has become the first defendant to resolve an infringement suit brought by VoxPath RS LLC against dozens of companies over patents related to optical data storage technology.
Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas dismissed Denon and parent company D&M Holdings Inc. from the litigation with prejudice Friday, noting that they had signed a settlement agreement with VoxPath in mid-June.
