Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 2:06 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has ended its record-length probe into whether the semiconductor solutions firm Carsem imported encapsulated integrated circuit devices that infringed three patents owned by industry rival Amkor Technology Inc.
Tuesday's final determination, signed by ITC Secretary Marilyn R. Abbott, puts one of the final nails into a case characterized by an attorney for Carsem as the longest in the agency's history.
