RemoTech, Araneus End Remote Control Patent Spat

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 12:36 PM ET) -- Araneus USA Inc. has reached a settlement in RemoTech LLC's infringement suit over a patent for a system that extends the range of infrared remote controls.

Judge James I. Cohn of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissed the suit Monday, a few days after the two sides announced a confidential settlement.
