Law360, New York (August 05, 2010, 4:26 PM ET) -- Verizon Services Corp., AT&T Corp. and Qwest Communications Corp. have lost a renewed bid to transfer Red River Fiber Optic Corp.'s infringement suit over a patent for routing calls on a fiber-optic network out of eastern Texas.
