4th Circ. Revives GP Paper Towel Trademark Spat

Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 2:45 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has revived Georgia Pacific Consumer Products LP's trademark infringement suit against Von Drehle Corp. over paper towels for electronic dispensers, saying the lower court did not analyze all the relevant markets at issue in the dispute.
