Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 11:41 AM ET) -- Nokia Corp. has lost an attempt to narrow the issues in Apple Inc.'s Section 337 case accusing the Finnish electronics giant of infringing patents for mobile communication technology.
U.S. International Trade Commission Administrative Law Judge Charles E. Bullock on Monday denied Nokia's requests to have U.S. Patent Number 5,455,599 declared invalid and U.S. Patent Number 5,379,431 declared not infringed.
