GSK Fails Again To Nix Antitrust Claims Over Wellbutrin

Law360, New York (September 01, 2010, 6:48 PM ET) -- A federal judge has foiled GlaxoSmithKline PLC's latest campaign to dismiss direct purchaser claims in a class action accusing the drugmaker of filing baseless patent suits to delay generic competition in the market for antidepressant Wellbutrin SR.

Judge Lawrence F.
