Crossroads Targets D-Link, 3Par Over Data Storage IP

Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 4:18 PM ET) -- Data protection provider Crossroads Systems Inc. has accused D-Link Systems Inc., iStor Networks Inc. and five other companies of infringing two patents for a data storage system, while continuing to ink settlements with defendants in a separate suit over the same patents.
