Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 7:36 PM ET) -- Parallel Networks LLC has fired off another infringement action over a client services communication patent, rounding up nearly 60 defendants including AT&T Inc., General Motors LLC, LG Electronics USA Inc. and Victoria’s Secret Stores LLC.
Parallel, which has launched similar cases over the same patent in recent months, brought its latest suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Thursday.
