Law360, New York (October 06, 2010, 11:09 AM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to investigate allegations brought by electrical products maker Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. that dozens of Chinese manufacturers and domestic distributors have infringed three patents covering ground fault circuit interrupters.
The ITC said Tuesday it would take up Leviton's complaint, filed Sept. 3, which seeks a permanent general exclusion order barring all infringing devices from entering the U.S.
