Law360, New York (October 08, 2010, 5:32 PM ET) -- Wireless mesh network company Sipco LLC has accused SmartSynch Inc., AMX Corp. and other companies that offer home energy management products of infringing its patents for wireless network and remote control technology.
Sipco filed suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claiming that the defendants' energy control products contain wireless network elements that breach one or more of three asserted patents.
