Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 2:55 PM ET) -- Acer Inc. has reached a settlement with MicroUnity Systems Engineering Inc. in a patent infringement suit over media processing technology used in cell phones.
Acer and MicroUnity filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Oct. 8 stating that they had reached an agreement. Judge T. John Ward signed off on the dismissal Monday.
