Law360, New York (November 01, 2010, 12:29 PM ET) -- Toyota Motor North America Inc. has become the latest target of a patent infringement suit by PixFusion LLC over technology that allows websites to substitute the faces of users for other images.
The suit, filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleges infringement of two PixFusion patents. Several major companies, most recently PBS, have settled similar suits by the company.
