Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 6:32 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused a request by Rolls-Royce Corp. to revive claims that Heros Inc., Hye-Tech Manufacturing LLC and Heros Kajberouni misappropriated trade secrets related to a Rolls-Royce Model 250 light aircraft engine, finding that Rolls-Royce has failed to adequately show that the documents in question are in fact trade secrets.
