Law360, New York (December 01, 2010, 5:06 PM ET) -- Hasbro Inc. has scored a permanent injunction against Buzz Bee Toys Inc. banning its rival from infringing a patent related to its Nerf Super Soaker water gun products.
As part of a consent judgment filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Buzz Bee acknowledged that certain of its water gun products infringe a patent Hasbro licenses from Johnson Research & Development Co. Inc.
The suit asserts U.S. Patent Number RE39,947, issued in 2007 and titled “Toy water gun.”
