Law360, New York (December 03, 2010, 3:03 PM ET) -- FedEx Corp. has been accused of infringing a Spedire Technology LLC patent for a package delivery system that allows senders to specify the date on which they want their package delivered.
The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, claims FedEx's Date Certain Home Delivery system infringes U.S. Patent Number 6,929,181.
