Law360, New York (September 17, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- Fish & Neave, one of the oldest and most prominent intellectual property specialty firms in the U.S., has held preliminary talks with Boston-based general-practice firm Ropes & Gray about a possible merger, according to a report.
On Tuesday, Fish & Neave Chairman Jesse Jenner told lawyers and staff at the firm that his firm had held talks with Ropes & Gray and other firms, but that no deal had been made yet, according to the Recorder, a legal newspaper.
