Law360, New York (February 07, 2011, 5:55 PM ET) -- Communications and information technology company Harris Corp. has filed a patent infringement suit against Teledyne Technologies Inc. over its wireless ground-to-aircraft technology.
Teledyne’s Wireless GroundLink aircraft engine monitoring and data transmission system infringe seven patents issued to Harris between 2000 and 2008, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
