Elite, Others Sued Over DRAM Patents

Law360, New York (March 03, 2011, 6:26 PM ET) -- Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc. and others were accused Tuesday in California of making and selling memory chips that infringe DRAM Memory Technologies LLC’s patents.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based DRAM Memory lodged its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, alleging dynamic random access memory chips made by Taiwan-based Elite and Etron Technology Inc.; Santa Clara, Calif.-based affiliate Etron Technology America Inc.; and San Jose, Calif.-based Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. infringe five patents.
