Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 6:13 PM ET) -- Specialty pharmaceuticals company Hospira Inc. and others were accused Wednesday in Illinois federal court of infringing a patent that covers infusion pump technology.
Crystal Lake, Ill.-based Pompare Technologies LLC accuses Hospira, Cerner Corp. and Epic Systems Corp. of providing and selling infusion management devices to hospitals and health care facilities that violate the patent-in-suit.
