Allergan, Hi-Tech Settle IP Case Over Generic Combigan

Law360, New York (June 01, 2011, 5:25 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge approved a settlement Tuesday resolving Allergan Inc.'s patent suit over Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co. Inc.'s bid to market a generic version of Allergan's glaucoma treatment Combigan.

U.S. District Judge T. John Ward signed off on an order dismissing all claims in Allergan's suit against Hi-Tech in accordance with a May 20 settlement.
