Teva Asks Trial Judge To Dismiss Pfizer Viagra Suit

Law360, New York (July 06, 2011, 3:21 PM ET) -- As a bench trial in Virginia stretched into its eleventh day Wednesday, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. asked a federal judge to dismiss Pfizer Inc.'s infringement suit over a copycat version of blockbuster erectile dysfunction drug Viagra for lack of standing.
