Oracle Demands HP Drop Its Suit Against Ex-Exec

Law360, New York (July 28, 2011, 10:33 PM ET) -- Oracle Corp. demanded Tuesday that Hewlett-Packard Co. drop its trade secrets suit in California court against a former sales executive now with Oracle, after court filings revealed an alleged downloading of sensitive documents was done not by the executive but by HP.
