Medicis, Nycomed Settle Vanos Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 4:45 PM ET) -- Nycomed US Inc. and Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. on Tuesday reached a licensing agreement to settle a patent infringement fight in New York over a generic version of skin treatment Vanos.
