Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 9:08 PM ET) -- Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. can't market its generic version of Sanofi-Aventis SA's colorectal cancer treatment Eloxatin until August 2012, based on the terms of a licensing agreement between the companies, a New Jersey federal judge said Thursday.
