Nvidia Tells Fed. Circ. Rambus Destroyed Vital IP Docs

Law360, Washington (October 06, 2011, 7:38 PM ET) -- Attorneys for Nvidia Corp., one of many memory controller makers defending against Rambus Inc.'s wide-reaching patent infringement campaign in the U.S. International Trade Commission, told the Federal Circuit on Thursday that Rambus had destroyed key documents pertaining to the patents-in-suit.
