Armstrong Teasdale Tries To Duck Malpractice Suit Again

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 7:04 PM ET) -- Armstrong Teasdale LLP on Friday again asked a Missouri federal judge to quash a suit accusing the firm of malpractice in its handling of the licensing of a firewall patent, submitting a flurry of motions seeking to slice away at the rationale for the suit.
