Law360, New York (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Nanya Technology Corp. has reasserted a slew of counterclaims alleging Rambus Inc.’s memory device patents were invalid and the chip maker engaged in a scheme to diminish competition in the dynamic random access memory market.
Nanya went on the attack in its amended answer to Rambus’ patent infringement suit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, raising all but one of its eight original counterclaims filed against the chip maker.
