Law360, New York (February 02, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham has hired five partners for its Boston intellectual property practice from Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, as local firms continue to hire opportunistically following the collapse of the Boston technology firm.
Kirkpatrick & Lockhart said it had hired Michael H. Brodowski, David J. Byer, Deborah J. Peckham, Thomas A. Turano and Christine C. Vito to its intellectual property practice group, in addition to Mark D. Pomfret to its labor and employment group.
