Law360, New York (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Abbott Laboratories and Andrx Pharmaceuticals Inc., which was acquired by Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 2006, have struck a deal which resolves all outstanding litigation between the two companies over the extended release version of antibiotic Biaxin.
The terms of the agreement, under which Andrx agreed not to market generic Biaxin XL for the time being, are confidential, Abbott spokesman Scott Stoffel said Tuesday.
