Law360, New York (July 24, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pharmaceutical company Schering Corp. filed suit against generic maker Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. on Friday, alleging infringement of a patent covering Schering’s brain tumor treatment, Temodar.
Schering filed the complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware along with patent holder Cancer Research Technology Ltd., a British research company that licensed the use of its patent exclusively to Schering.
