Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 8:55 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Friday found that, as Southern California Stroke Rehabilitation Associates Inc. alleged, fitness equipment maker Nautilus Inc. had falsely marked its unpatented exercise machines, but refused to rule that the equipment manufacturer did so with an intent to deceive.
U.S. District Judge James C. Turk partially granted a motion for summary judgment filed by SCSRA and founder Ponani Sukumar, finding Nautilus had falsely marked unpatented strength and cardio machines.
