French High Court Partially Reverses EBay Counterfeit Ruling

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 8:39 PM ET) -- France's highest court on Thursday reportedly overturned part of a ruling against eBay Inc., which had been accused by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA of disrupting distribution networks and selling counterfeit goods.

The Cour de Cassation remanded the case to a lower appeals court, according to the Wall Street Journal.
