Law360, New York (September 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Eli Lilly & Co. has amended a patent infringement complaint it filed in August to include nine more defendants in response to a flood of Abbreviated New Drug Applications challenging its patent for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treatment Strattera.
Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly filed the amended complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, naming Actavis Elizabeth LLC, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc.
