Law360, New York (June 06, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- Wilson Sonsini has hired Esther Kepplinger, the former deputy commissioner for patent operations for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, to serve as the firm’s director of patent operations.
The California-based technology powerhouse said Kepplinger, who will work out of the firm’s Virginia office, will serve as the firm’s liaison to the USPTO and ensure that all its patent filings are conducted “in the most efficient and defensible manner.”
